When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 1-3 business days from the day we receive your order. Please allow an additional five to six days for your product to be delivered. If for any reason your order will be delayed you will be notified by phone or mail.
What if you do not have my item?
In some cases, our warehouse may have an inventory discrepancy and some items may no longer be available. We strive to keep our inventory as current as possible, but in some cases errors arise. We appreciate your business and in this event you will be contacted via e-mail to see if you wish the remaining part of the order to be shipped..
How can I return an item?
Returns and Exchanges: Items must have original packaging and paperwork to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Items altered by the customer may not be returned or exchanged. A restocking fee of all items taken out of the original packaging will be charged a $7.50 per item.
Refunds: Items received by The Bedding Room within 30 days of original ship date will receive credit (with any applicable taxes) to the original payment method less shipping and handling charges. Items returned and received by The Bedding Room after 30 days of the original ship date will be eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY.
Refunds can take up to four weeks to process. For credit card orders, please allow two statements for credit to appear.
Where do I send my return?
Include in your shipment a copy of the original packing slip and a letter stating the reason for the return. Enclose the letter with the merchandise you are returning. Ship all return merchandise to:

What if my item has a defect?
If you feel your item has a manufacturer's defect, please call our Customer Response Department at 1-920-364-0823 for special instructions.
Credit Card Processing:
The Bedding Room authorizes the total for your order before we pass it to be picked for shipment. In cases of debit cards this amount will not be available to you even thought we have not charged your account yet. Actual charges for goods take place after your items have shipped.
