We want you to love what you sleep in. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy.
14-day right of withdrawal
In line with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, simply contact us before the 14-day period ends.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, bedding that has been opened and used cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
- Please include your order number with any return.

Reach out via our Contact page with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll put it right at no extra cost to you.
